TITLE BLOCK INSTRUCTIONS
For "B" Size Paper
- Tape your paper down on the drafting desk horizontally parallel with a properly placed t-square.
- Put a ½ "border around the entire paper.
- Draw another line 5/8' inside the right border.
- Divide the resulting smaller rectangle into three parts by centering a 4' middle section.
- Draw light guidelines lines every 1/8" in the title block (4 lines)
For "A" Size Paper
- Tape your paper down in the drafting board horizontally parallel with a properly placed t-square.
- Put a 1/4"border around the entire paper.
- Draw another line 5/8' above the bottom border.
- Divide the resulting smaller rectangle into three parts by centering a 4' middle section.
- Draw light guidelines lines every 1/8" in the title block (4 lines)
TITLE BLOCK INFORMATION
The information in the title block should lettered in the second and fourth lines (NOT THE BOTTOM MIDDLE OR TOP) as follows:
Left block: Top; SOUTH HIGH (centered)
Bottom; SALINA, KANSAS (centered)
Middle block: Top; ASSIGNMENT #245 (centered)
Bottom; (Left justified) SCALE: 1/4' = 1' ; (right justified) PAGE: 108
